I cannot say enough about the emergency service received from Port City Nissan - particularly from their Service Advisor, Joe Heidinger and Service Manager, Patrick Lanoue. While starting off a 3-day road trip through New Hampshire and Maine from Canada, as we were pulling into Portsmouth, our vehicle developed some serious rear wheel bearing noises. Being a Thursday, they were fully booked until Friday afternoon but somehow managed to fit in our Nissan Micra (Canadian Model), diagnose, find a “jobber” aftermarket part and repair our vehicle in the time they provided us a loaner vehicle and we having breakfast. As a result, we were able to carry on with our mini road trip vacation safely and as planned. You guys are awesome !!! Thank you so much for your empathy and understanding and being our savior !!!
