We went into the dealership knowing what we wanted and what price we needed to stay below. Mike was amazing at talking with us and going through our options and the staff worked with the different lenders to get us a deal that we were comfortable with. This is our second vehicle we have purchased through Port City Nissan and we will be back the next time we want to make a vehicle purchase. I GOT SCREWED !!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! If there was a lower star to give I would.... On December 8th 2023 I bought a 2024 Nissan Frontier truck....We talked numbers, we drove the truck and everything was great....I asked several times what the buyout of the lease would be and was told "didn't know-finance will go over that with you", "I don't remember, its in the paperwork" .... they made me sign the deal on a tablet...when I left with the envelope there was no paperwork about the lease in there...when I called to get it and sat down to read it, the deal was totally different and my truck was now several thousand dollars more than the window sticker, they added GAP insurance (with $7k trade in and $5k cash down, if a new truck looses that much value, its not worth buying) and several other discrepancies valued at SEVERAL THOUSAND dollars more than discussed. Never will I ever sign a deal on a tablet... and NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN WALK ONTO THEIR LOT....FRIGGIN SCAM.. SO PISSED OFF MY TRUCK PERMANENTLY HAS A MAGNETIC SIGN SAYING "I GOT SCREWED AT PORT CITY NISSAN"

Above and beyond attention in a very tight spot: Friday 5:30 pm Caitlyn and Brett stayed with me after AAA, Roadside Service and Applegreen all said there was nothing they could do. Caitlyn and Brett summoned other advice, called back and followed up until they were sure I had help that got me back on the road. You couldn't ask for better service.

I just purchased A 2017 Tahoe from Port city Nissan and Justin and his mechanics were extremely helpful and accommodating and it was an enjoyable experience. I’ve been to dozens of dealers in the past few months and these guys did a great job. It was a well-maintained vehicle that was in good shape that didn’t need any work.
