Richard Fecteau started in the Automobile Business in 1967 as a service writer in a Washington, D.C. dealership. In 1989, he started Port City Nissan, and it is still the same family run business valuing honesty, integrity, and respect, that he started almost 30 years ago! Although other dealerships may deny it and be stuck in the ways of the past, we understand the car buying process has changed dramatically over the last few decades. When you come on to our lot, you will be surrounded by all of the New Nissans we have for you to choose from, as well as an excellent selection of Certified Pre-Owned Nissans! Coming into the showroom, you will be greeted by one of our Certified Sales Consultants. If you have any questions about one of the cars on our lot (or one we don’t have that you’d like!), feel free to ask us! When it comes to purchasing or leasing a Nissan or other pre-owned vehicle, our full-service Finance Department is here to help. We work with over 25 Credit Unions and Banks in order to help facilitate financing for every single customer!
When it’s time to visit the Port City Nissan Service Department, our friendly Service Advisors will greet you and show you to our service lounge where we offer complimentary premium coffee, spring water, and baked goods while our Factory-Trained Technicians perform work on your Nissan. We like to treat our customers like members of our family, and we want you to be comfortable during your visit with us, so we have free Wi-Fi and iPads for use during your visit! For work that will take longer than expected, feel free to request one of our service loaners, or our courtesy shuttle! With every service, we offer a free multi-point inspection and car wash!
Our Parts Department is stocked full of Genuine Nissan Parts to keep your Nissan running smoothly, as well as accessories like floor mats and Nissan gear! For your convenience, order your parts or accessories online ahead of time and have them ready for pickup!
We understand that our customers are busy individuals, it is often difficult to find time to come to the dealership. We offer you our Business Development Center, where we have trained representatives available to answer questions and give direction and advice! These employees are not sales people, but are here to help with your first steps of getting into a new Nissan or pre-owned vehicle. These representatives will set up a VIP Appointment for you with one of our Certified Sales Consultants for a product demonstration, test drive, and more!
